We do not accept returns or exchange as all our products are imported from our supplier. Unless the item you purchased is defective, that is when we will consider exchanging it. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with the details of the product, the defect and photos.
We may request the return of the product. Once we receive the product, we will carefully examine the item and send you an email within a reasonable period of time. We will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
